I M Not Good Enough For Anyone

Sometimes i am really terrible to myself and relentlessly compare myself to other people no matter how many times i read or hear about how good enough or lovable i am.

We are surrounded by couples. Whether you be in school at work or in the street you re bound to come across more than a few and that s great. I m so in love with you but i m getting used to the fact i m never going to be good enough. Based on my experience people that feel like they are not good enough for anyone are the very people that like to make others miserable and then they feel more depressed bc of that its like a vicious cycle i m not saying you are like that but i ve met many people like that you feel sorry for them and try to help them and mean while they are stabbing you in the back and cutting those.

People with low self esteem do not snap out of it. I m under the scum at the bottom of the pond. On an almost daily basis i meticulously look for evidence that i am a nobody that i don t deserve to be loved or that i m not living up to my full potential. I scare away literally anyone i come in contact with.

But they do fight and they don t even notice. I m not good enough for anyone will i be single forever. I can t do that i m never good enough for anyone everyone is so much better than me these are just a few things that people with low self esteem will say to themselves. I m never good enough for anyone not even good enough to be in this world.

I m an ugly. I m not good enough for anyone. That is their short coming not yours be merciful enough to yourself and cut them out of your life. It didn t work i am not good enough or powerful enough or worthy in therapy we work on this by uncovering the deeper place this.

So easy to not feel like i m not good enough. Every day brings a feeling of not being good enough. Or out on a date with that person you d really like to get to know better. There are some people that will never see you as being good enough.

Seriously there is no escape. Or even as you do your best you may feel like it s still not good enough. And so you feel that you re not good enough either. As such women experienced a slight advantage because traditional notions of courtship did not require them to provide the resources required for dating such as money or transportation which in contrast were commonly expected of the men.

It is their life day in and day out. Not good enough to maybe to go for the job or promotion you want.
