I Don T Like My Grown Son

Like my son said just as you get to choose your clothing so does he.

I just don t know how to handle him sometimes. Being around him is physically and emotionally draining for me. Hes smart and well behaved i just don t like him and it s not even his fault. I don t know if it s the advanced degree the business people he s around or some stage he is going through but he no longer.

Not even a young adult but very much a grown man. I just need to get this out there. Why you feel your child is trying to destroy you is something no parent wants to believe or have to accept. We dont have a bad relationship hes s good kid.

I hate myself over this. This kills me because i try every day not to dislike him. I don t like my 16 year old daughter. If you don t like being disliked by your own parent stop being such a jerk.

Your son is an adult. And at the end of the day day i always go over things in my head and then i feel bad and feel like a bad mom. My 8 yrs old son has adhd and mild ocd so yes sometimes i find him annoying or irritating then i end up yelling at him. My 27 year old son is getting his master s degree in business.

I am so sorry you are experiencing this as a mother myself this is a very painful situation for both you and your child. If you don t like it fine but keep it to yourself and you just might be wind up pleasantly surprised at the outcome.
